I've created a program which is made up of bitesize learnings that can be easily accessed and have made sure that the 12 x 50-minute sessions are as impactful as possible.

I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING, WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?

I often hear from women that they have tried everything, and I believe them. However, this program doesn't just provide strategies that should work, we deep dive into why you got here and what might be getting in your way. Then we utilise the expertise of clinical psychology to help move you towards the life you want to live.

CAN I ACCESS THE PROGRAM ANYWHERE IN THE U.K.?

Yes, the entire program can be accessed online. Our 1:1 sessions will be hosted on a secure system which you access via a link (no need to download any software). All you need is a reliable internet connection, a private space where you will not be interrupted, and yourself!

ARE THERE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

There are two ways you can pay for the program: either the full price upfront, or you can use 3 easy monthly payments. Also, don't forget that the consultation call is completely free, meaning you will only pay for the program following this call if you sign up.
